Hello,

Do you lose fuel overnight? If you do not lose fuel or see any on the ground then it is likely a vapor hose that came loose or cracked.
So what you are smelling is the fume of the fuel.

If there is a leak in the EVAP system that typically will trigger a engine light.
Is your check engine light illuminated? If so scanning for codes can help determine the leak.

You can also do a visual check of the EVAP hoses that is located around the fuel tank. You might just be able to 'follow' the smell.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
