I have figured out that there is gas that comes out of the fuel pressure regulator when I shut it off and while I was checking around, I found that the map sensor was unplugged I plugged it in and I don't think it made much difference. Do you have any ideas to point me in the right direction? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first.

It showed no code and the check engine light isn't on.

Reread my answer. Also clean the throttlep plateon both sides with choke cleaner. It gums up and causes poor idle
