Engine starts to Buck

About 2 weeks ago my car started acting up. It drives good and shifts good but when I get between 30-40m my car starts to buck and the rpm's bounce up and down. Sometimes it seems harder than other times and it only last for a few seconds then it's fine.

between 30-40 mph bucks and rpm needle bounces just for a few seconds.

Could be surging/misfiring
