My Ford Focus TDI is turning but not firing, would you know what the problem may be?

Its a ford focus tdi, it turns but doesnt fire
iv cleaned the glow plugs, changed the starter mototr and even tryed jumping it, nothing seemed to have worked so far

Could be failed injector pump. Could be the solenoid on the pump as well.

Is the timing correct? Have you ever run out of fuel?

How was it running before this?

It wasnt working when I brought it, but the lad who had it before said it worked fine until obviously it broke, as far as I know the timing is correct :

Start with basics. Compression, fuel pressure and delivery.
