My car wont start

2001 FORD FOCUS

I have had the worse luck with cars. My 01 ford focus started one morning but wouldn't idle so I stepped on the gas and it sound like it was clogged then idled on 2 for a few seconds longer than it should of but it ran just fine after that. When I got off work that same day and went to leave it wouldn't start. Great. A few days before that I blew a fuel fuse (it happened a few weeks before too so thats why I checked it)
It will turn over making the a starting sound but it wont start. Im at a loss and I have no other way to know.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.

No codes will show. We changed the fuel pump and it runs but now it want to stall every once and a while.

Check the pressure because it could be a blockage, I kind of doubt it but check it with a gauge anyhow. Also clean throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner.R

I was told wrong by my friend that was working on it they chance the coil pack and that is the second one in under 8 months. I dont under stand it didnt put any codes or check engine light came on. The fule pump was fine.
