Steering wheel shakes at any speed, what could be the problem? Im changing the subframe soon as it has rusted.

It could be wheel balance, snow/ice/dirt on wheel a front suspension problem or loose subframe.

Nope what I replied covers about most of it maybe the rack and pinion for wear
