No power at low RPMs

I have a 2001 ford f150 5.4L, has no power under load and acceleration. Runs fine once it gets over 2000 rpms! NO CODES

things ive done
fuel pump, fuel filter, camshaft senser, cleaned throttle body, cleaned maf sensor, and took to a ford dealer and no answers, have been searching and searching but no solution?

I would do a back pressure test on the cat converters.
Also, cleaning the mass air flow is useless. It would have to be replaced if it is failing. Did it throw any codes?
