AT 70 TYHE CAR VIBRATES ALL STARTED AFTER BRAKE JOB QUESTION SHOULD THE ROTORS HAVE ALOT OF PLAY AROUND THE STUDDS? THESE ARBOR IS VERY LARGE COMPAIRED TO THE STUDD IN MY OPPINION WOULD THAT CAUSE IT?

With the tire off the rotor has a lot of play, this is normal. When the tire is bolted on, the studs hold the rotor and tire in place against the wheel hub.

I don't understand your last comment. "THESE ARBOR IS VERY LARGE COMPAIRED TO THE STUDD IN MY OPPINION WOULD THAT CAUSE IT?"
Please explain.

If the the car only vibrates when the brakes are applied this would indicate warped brake rotors: the solution is to have then machined or to replace them.
