1994 Cadillac SRX - STS Brake Fade

When coming to a stop the brakes work fine and as long as I hold the pedal down it stays hard and does not sink down, But after I stop if I roll a few feet forward and hit the pedal it starts sink to the floor then I pump it once or twice and hold it it stays nice and hard, There is no loss of fluid in the master cylinder, Does this sound like a Booster Problem or Master Cylinder or ABS? Please Advise !

Do you have a seville? Have you had any brake work done? How far to the floor does it go?
