2000 Toyota Camry with 94000 miles. When attempting to engage the cruise control, the light on the dash comes on but the actual cruise control does not work. Any thoughts? All fuses appear to be OK not sure where to go from here

If the light on dash is indicating, it is not a fuse issue. It could be the actuator or control unit that is at fault.

I'm having the same issue. You push the button, the light comes on, then if you listen close you can distinctively hear a click. But nothing happens

It sounds like the clock spring has gone bad can you tell me if the brake lights work? Lets run the codes to see what comes up and we can go from there here is a guide
