Will not start after changing fuse agency for glow lights

Hi, glow plugs went out I checked the fuse and it was bad so I changed it light came on on the glow plug 5 minutes later glow plug light went out.
Check the fuse it was still good but now my car won't start won't turn over at all is silent. Not the battery because the windows and the lights and everything still work. Is zeroed out my mileage when the glow plugs went out, but everything else is still working. My radio and all the other stuff is. Just that it won't turn over and won't make any kind of a sound. I know it has something to do with the fuses videos of fuses in the engine department. Please help me.
