My heater isnt blowing any air at all what can it be

Not sure if you have repaired your vehicle or not.......

If I understand you correctly when you turn on your heater or AC and turn your fan on you have no air flow?

Check the voltage at the plug that connects to the blower fan to make sure you have voltage. If you do then put 12v and a ground to the blower motor itself to see if it spins.
