First, check the pressures of the ac system for operation then we can talk about mode doors.

Blend door motor is a common failure. Can you hear the door moving?

It is a blend door motr, available at a parts store and it is held by 3 smal bolts and an electrical connector. It is very tight to acess.

The blend door is a small square box with 1 small connector and a round shaft the engages a shaft in the heater housing.

It is at the glove box to the left low on the housing.

Is this the same unit you got>>

Different system that does not use that at all. Whatever you got is wrong as this box is for manual air systems

you need a shop with a scan tool that can monitor the actions of the programmer to determine the failure.

Sorry for the confusion. It is not a common option for this model

Yes, I have but without a scan tool, everything is a guess. Auto systems are computer controlled and you need to see values that are available in a scan tool.
