Blower motor

The blower does not blow at all new motor fitted 3 weeks ago worked fine till yesterday
ive got 13.00v at red wire and 5 v at red black wire

Use the buttons on the control panel, turn key to on, hit off. And floor at the same time the hit auto within 3 seconds. This will run a diagnostic and display codes on the panel
test takes a minute or two. Post all codes and I will tell you what's next.
