My front directionals, hazzards, and high and low beams wont come on. I check all rralted fuses. The rear hazzards and directionals work ok. The hazards and the directionals blink real fast in the dash

The front electronic control module controls the headlights and the front signal lights/ park lamps. There is a rear electronic control module that control the rear taillights. So I think you have an issues with the front electronic control module. Whether your not getting power or grounds to the module or the fuses or relays are not supplying power. The front control module is located under the dash board on the driver side.
If you have access to a ford compatible scan tool you could try communicating with front electronic module to check for any fault codes.
This system uses a lot of fuses so make sure you checking them all inside the vehicle and under the hood.

The only way I know of is with a compatible ford scan tool to access the module and for diagnostic fault codes stored. I believe this module will require programming if replaced.
