When driving stright I hear a loud clicking noise sounds like the left side just repaired the power steering high pressure line did not hear the clicking prior to the power steering problem

You would need someone to have a look at it and locate the source of the noise. If the noise was not there prior to repairs, then you should go back to the person who did tthe job to have it checked out. Something could have been dislodged or not correctly installed.
