No starter?

Why won't my truck start? It won't turn over but its not a problem with the battery because the radio and headlights work. All the spark plugs are on correctly and they are all brand new and the wires are intact and nothing is loose. There is fuel in the truck (gas, and oil). I start the truck when its in park but it won't turn over and it makes no sound.

If the starter isn't working, have it checked. If the starter is good, then you need to work back. Make sure the battery is good, the ground to the engine block is good, check the starter solenoid (if mounted on inner fender), check ignition switch.
