2000 Dodge Caravan Starting issues

My 2000 Dodge caravan 2.4 Liter is having starting issues. I can hear fuel pump kick on but engine wont crank! Takes a few tries. Battery is good and so is starter. I can hear a clicking sound but no crank? Friend of mine said maybe the starting relay not sure whats going on. If I keep trying it has been eventually turning over and then starting. But the problem seems to be getting worse. It is doing it more and more often and takes more attempts at turning it over. Like I said I can hear a click but NO crank. Any ideas or thoughts?

Have the battery tested for condition and load test first.

Had the battery tested and the starter. They both checked out good.

Check the 3 things in diagram first replace relay with a ike one to see if that helps, if not then check pcm for a poor connection
