The noise is coming from under the bed of the truck. I think it might be the sending unit. Not sure if it's in the tgas tank or elsewhere, but the noise is near the fuel tank. I've owned the truck less than a week and I'm trying to work the kinks out of it!

GM truck fuel pumps are very noisy. That's normal. The advantage is they rarely fail from getting plugged with microscopic debris. Chrysler fuel pumps are built to tighter clearances and are very quiet, but they do jam up when there's a lot of gunk in the tank.
