I just replaces the starter/solenoid last one.

I just replaces the starter/solenoid last one was bad and wouldnt turn on just alot of clicking now when I replaced with the new one same thing just alot of loud clocking now I have notice that my battery voltage is very low under 9 volt could this be my issue is so can I just simple fix it by getting a jump or recharging the battery?

Start by charging the battery at a slow rate for at least an hour, then measure the voltage. It must be near 12.6 volts. Measure it again with the engine running. It should be between 13.75 and 14.75 volts. Have the generator professionally load-tested to see if if is capable of producing full output of around 90 amps.
