Hello,

Here are a couple possibilities.

Worn Belt

Bearing in Idler and/or Tension Pulleys

or

Bearing in Alternator, Power Steering, A/C Clutch

To test the bearings in the pulleys.

With Spray Lube in Hand and Engine Off locate the Idler and Tensioner Pulleys. Spray ONE of the pulleys at the center bolt, Start engine if noise is gone for short period of time replace pulley. Repeat process for each pulley. For the Alternator and Power Steering spray behind the pulley and for the A/C Clutch spray center bolt and as best you can behind pulley.
