Transmission not shifting properly

1. Every now and then at street light in gear light changes and I go I get a slight bang in gear. Shifts fine no slipping. Screen has been changed when it should be. Next. Added coolant bled system. Gauge reads in 1/4's. Never gets higher than between 1/4 and half doesn't over heat and no code just doesn't get as warm as it should. Thermostat was changed I don't know why and I don't know what temperature thermostat.

Good afternoon,

I would change the fluid and filter again. The filter may be partially clogged with debris causing the issue.
