Car hesitates while driving steadily btwn 50-65 mph. Checked all vacuum lines, changed plugs, wires, air mass sensor, air-fuel ratio sensor, cleaned cat on manifold. Its a california emissions engine. Does not do it while accelerating

Scan for codes and check fuel presure with a gauge clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner.
