Do I need to buy another horn? Is it somehow connected to the fuses? It never randomly honked as some ppls do, it just stopped one day

Check to see if there is power to the horn. If there isn't then work your way back to the relay. The fuse is either going to be good or bad.

There is a horn fuse in the underhood fuse box. Do you have a multimeter todo some testing? Also is it the alarm horn sounding off and on or does it just come on solid and wont turn off?

Sorry I miss read your question your horn is under your drivers side head light. You should have constant power to the orange wire terminal A at the horn connector. Also at terminal C black wire at the horn connector that should be a constant ground. Then terminal B at the horn connector black wire that should be ground when pressing the horn button. If all thats good replace the horn. Let me know what you find.
