1999 Plymouth Voyager won't start

I have a 1999 plymouth grand voyager 3.3 flex fuel it won't will not start or turn over no lights come on it ha new starter new coil pack if alarm system is bad will it cause it not to start if so how do we bypass it

When we hook jumper cables to battery and to starter it will turn over but doesn't do anything with the key it doesn't crank with regular jump start

2ND ATTEMPT GET SOME STARTING FLUID OR GAS POUR SOME INTO THE THROTTLE BODY. DOES IT START?

No it does not start it doesn't do anything when you use the key

When you go to crank the car with the key it will not turn over and no dash lights come on what should we try

First thing make sure the starter seloniod is getting power to start with the key in start position. Use a test light for testing the seloniod for start signal

To start and it has new starter and solenoid and starter has been tested several times

The ignition switch on the steering column sends voltage to the starter.U need to ck. For power signal when u hold the key in start position. Is the switfch sending power to the starter
