My 99 jeep grand cherokee will not blow any air hot or could out when you turn the setting on high. All other settings work fine. Can you tell me why and how to fix the problem

With the engine hot and running, the heater on high, feel both heater core hoses. Both should be hot. If only one is hot, flush the heater core. If both are hot and still no heat, check the blend air door. Chances are it is sticking.
