1999 Honda Civic Winter weather

I'm trying to get my car to start and it cranks and attempts to turn over but it just won't start, is this a result of the recent sub zero temperatures that I'm experiencing where I live and is there any part I could warm up to get the car going if only just once, I just need this car to last through winter so I'm not that fond of it.

Check fuses underhood relay box and dash first. Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.
