6 cyl 3.0 Four Wheel Drive Automatic, THE LOWER LATCH IN THE REAR 1/2 DOOR IN THE SUPER CAB IS STUCK AND THE UPPER LATCH IS LOOSE, I CAN NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO RELEASE IT AND TIGHTEN OR REPLACE CABLE

You will need to remove the inner door panel to get at the latch so you can replace the cable which should be available at the dealer.
