Both Brake lights out but third middle brake light works

Iv changed the fuses and the bulbs but the brake lights are inop and if the brake switch was bad the third brake light wouldn't work and im wondering if the connection to my turn signal is bad and if the third brake light is spliced in with another source of power

The brake lights are all linked and should light up together. Check the dash harness connector, near the DLC.

Are the turn signals working?

Yes the turn signals are working ill have to wait until I get out of class to locate the dash harness. Thank you
