1999 Ford Explorer left front tire is locking up, just replaced caliper, rotor and pads?

When it happens again, open the hydraulic system at various places to see what lets the caliper release. Try at the bleeder screw and the steel line at the master cylinder. If it releases at the master cylinder, suspect contaminated brake fluid.
