1999 Ford Escort Car wont start

Car won't start. Lights, air con, radio, blinker works. No noise. Tried to jump start it still won't start. Towed it to an auto shop they checked the battery they said it was fine. But they can't check anything else because it won't start. What can I do?

In my opinion there not much of a shop if they can't do anything because it won't start.

Can you describe exactly what happens when you try to start it.

Do you hear a click or anything?

Any Noise at all?

Does the Headlight Dim way down?

Also what is the Engine Size and Sub Model
