I have a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria that won't start after being stored for 3 years. I already put in a new battery, what's next?

START WITH EZ!

Go thru and loosen connections--any type!--Along the battery cables--POS and NEG--any device they go thru! Ending at Starter or Ground!

Sorta "Scooch 'em" around---clean them if necessary---TIGHTEN WELL!

A smear of "Dielectric Grease" can't hurt either! (Auto parts store)

Do 'em one at a time--Attempt to start--as you progress

Maybe you will hit Jackpot, right off the bat!

Already did that, clean the cables, and the starter turns just fine but the engine just won't fire. When I garaged it the car ran great.

If you get real quiet!

Can you hear the fuel pump kick on, for a second or two, when you turn the key to "ON"?
