Why my Dodge Ram 1500 van wont start

I have a 1999 1500 dodge ram van that wont start it would start for 30 seconds or so the duty purge solonide was clicking when it would stall so I changed it now it wont start at all and the fuel system relay is clicking I changed that and it still wont fire any advice

First of all, you need some punctuation in that huge sentence, otherwise it can be read three different ways. What is the symptom? It cranks but doesn't run? It doesn't crank? One rather loud clunk but it doesn't crank? Have you measured the battery voltage? Do the head lights or dome lights get dim or stay bright when you try to crank the engine?
