1999 Dodge Durango Starting

I can't get the truck to start. I've put startin fluid through the carb and it starts and goes into I stop spraying it. I'm not sure how to check if it's just not getting fuel or not.

If it runs on starting fluid, then it isn't getting gas. Here is how to check fuel pump pressure:
