Pro method is take out entire dash. Some say there's a shortcut you can do with some deft work.

Here's some advice. This blower motor should be accessible without removing the A/C Heater Assembly. We did follow the instructions and remove it, but it appears that the instrument panel is the only thing that needs to be removed. Once it is, the blower motor cover on the right corner of the A/C Heater Assembly needs to be removed. From there the blower motor screws are accessible (they are inside the case aiming towards the front bumper). Attaching a string to the wire harness and pulling the grommet through to the inside of the case is next. After this, install the new harness & grommet followed by the motor and then reinstall the instrument panel.
