A/C will only work on high seating will not work on lower seating have replace fan blower resistor and no change.

You know, it's pretty tough to give you accurate information when the info yo give us is not accurate.

They never put a 5.3 in a Suburban nor did one ever come with a turbo. I'm a little suspect of the 14K miles also.

Hopefully the engine combination will have no bearing on the AC circuit. What we do need to know though is whether this is an auto temp control system or manual. We also need to know if it is front only AC or front and rear.
