Hard Starting code P1345

I just put a used engine in the truck and it runs smoothly it just starts hard. I get code p1345. I changed around the crank sensor off the old motor and no change. If I erase the code, it will come back in a few seconds after starting. What should I do?

Was the engine you put in the same size and year engine as you took out?

Here is the trouble tree for that code follow down the trouble tree and let me know what you find and we will go from there. Could just be a damaged wire from the engine install.
