I have a 99 Cavalier with a 2.2 will not stay running

As soon as the car starts it dies it may do this 2 to 20 times befor it stays running. Then some times it starts an stays running on the 1st time

It kicked out two codes a po137 and a p1621

But the car has been doing this for a few weeks now and the codes just came up it the last 24 hrs

Sorry it took so long to respond but I havent been getting my email alerts to say I got response to questions I have answered.P0137 rear o2 sensor low voltage and the P1621 pcm internal performance. Have you tried testinng the coolant temp sensor?

Thank you for trying to help me with this problem. But after running more test I found there was a Neutral Safty Switch Malfunction Problem, again thanks you for trying !

A neutral safety switch certainly isn't going to resolve those symptoms.

Well after I replaced it the car has started every time I have tried (40-50) time now with out fell.I guess time will tell !

Yeah I agree with you wrenchtech a no crank no start that would make sense but not stalling while starting.
