1995 Chevy Cavalier Engine not idling properly and wants to

I have a 95 Chevy Cavalier and when I start the car I dosen't want to start with out pressing on the gas and when I drive the car it wants to die and when the idle starts messing up my temp gauge starts to jump all over the place i've replace the map sensor and cleaned the egr valve i'm at a dead end and need help thanks.

Inpect and test the coolant temperature sensor and throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors to include cleaning out the idle air control valve

Just replaced my temp sensor i'm going to try to clean out the iac tomorrow and see if that helps out could it be that my intake manifold gasket went bad would this cause this problem

Check the intake manifold if its leaking-by spraying the mating surfaces with WD40 if it smooths out this is where the leak is-

Replaced the iac today and it helped a little bit but when I come to a stop it just wants to die every time anybody else having this problem

Clean out the EGR valve and the PCV valve and see what happens
