99 Buick Regal will not crank or start

Replaced the ignition switch wiring harness. Car will not crank with the key switch. I can jump the starter over but will not start. When you turn the ignition to the start position relays under the hood are clicking. The computer reads no links on the codes when hooked up to the car. Any suggestions please.

What about your security system, it can disable starter and fuel injectors, both. Any applicable trouble codes. The purple wire at the starter solenoid S terminal should be hot with key in the crank position. If it isn't backtrack the circuit. Another possible issue is the transmission range switch. Can't tell what going on without testing? Any testing make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set.
