I have a 98 Toyota corolla. It's a no start, just turns over and occasionally fires. The fuel pump doesn't seem to be turning on. Which fuse is for the fuel pump, and where can I find the fuel pump relay, and how do I test it? If this is not the problem, how else can I troubleshoot?

The #15 blue fuse, EFI or F-HTR (small circle) is fine. Could it be the large EFI fuse? (Large circle?) They are both labeled the same thing.

Appreciate you sharing the fix to the issue.
The fuel pump relay or the circuit open relay is located under the driver side dash (see diagram below).

That relay can also be tested. Here is a helpful guide:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

I have attached the diagrams for anyone who might be looking for this information.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
