Checked all you suggested. No joy. It seem like there is up and down play in the door at the front of the door where the rollers go in the tracks. I think the noise is made by the upper roller in the track as I go over bumps.

You should reply to the same post so that whoever attended to you can response when notification is received. New posts might get missed due to the amount of questions coming in.

When the door is not closed, it would have movement but when latched, the door should not move freely when you press at it from outside. If there are too much movement, the door alignemnt needs to be readjusted.
