I have a 1998 Pontiac grand prix Gt that i've had for about 2 years, Up until a month ago my temp gauge needle never went over halfway no matter how far I drove it, now it goes between half and three quarters but hasn't reached the red yet, What could be the problem, My car still runs excellent, Any advice?

Check radiator for cold spots after it's warm if you feel any then rad is probably bad. Check coolant level first if down on coolant check for a blown head gasket. Make sue fans are disabled when checking radiator.

The change oil soon light came on a few weeks back, I changed the oil & filter, now the light comes on every time I start it and stays on for about a minute and goes off ! Is there any way to reset it, I took the - & + off the battery and it still comes on ! Any suggestions?
