I have a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix SE 3800. Lately it has been overheating within 20 minutes of starting the car. My Heat blows out very cold. My coolant reservoir is empty, and the coolant may be low, but even when I filled coolant up, the air still blew cold. What could be the problem?

You probably haven't gotten it completely full and all the air out of the system but you obviously are losing coolant somewhere and that's what needs to be found first. Pressure test the cooling system to determine where that coolant is going. You could already have head gasket damage from getting it too hot.
