My 1998 Jeep all of a sudden died while I was driving it. I pulled over and started it back up and it ran for a little while and died again. Before this happenedI flushed the heater core because the heat was not working. Now the heat works but the car keeps dying. What could this be? And are they related?

I don't feel they are related. I would start by checking fuel pump pressure and make sure the spark to the plugs is good. If the engine doesn't restart right away, check pump pressure and spart at that point.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
