Starter doesn't seem to be getting power?

Just changed the battery one day later the car won't start. The starter doesn't seem to be getting power, the dash lites up and the radio and lights work.

Hello,

You might have a faulty starter relay.
The starter relay is located under the hood in the junction box (see diagram).
First check for any visible corrosion or burnt pin on the relay.
You can also test the relay as well by following this steps:
