It overheats in the morning driving to work sometimes like once a week. I have flushed, replace thermostat, bled multi times and it keeps doing it. When I pull over for about 10 mins the gauge goes to normal op temp then will be fine the rest of the day? I am stumped. Any Ideas?

Hello,

This could be a problem with your vehicle's water pump starting to fail. In the diagrams down below I have included the instructions for how to inspect your vehicle's water pump, but it is behind the timing belt cover, and if you put in that much work to inspect the water pump, even if there is nothing wrong with it, you should replace it because you are there already. Please go through this guide in the diagrams down below and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
