I have a truck with rough idling problem, I have done a tune up plugs, wires, cap rotor, idle control valve gas line filter, and its reading code 300 and 141 when it is very damp it will not start

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure start there. It could be a clogged injector which on yours is what they call a spider. It's under the intake an dit is replaced as an assembly.
