1998 Ford Ranger stick vibrating

Why does the 1998 ford ranger manual stick shifter shakes/vibrates severely when engine is running, also it lacks power. I adjusted the idle, changed ignition wires, spark plugs, changed engine oil and manual transmission fluid.

It could be any of your engine or transmission mounts are broken. Also you could have put aplug wire in the wrong position. Have a copmression check done and an engine scan. You soulc have a sensor out of whack as well.
