Engine physically shakes about 2 inches in either direction after being reved up a little. Its smooth when you initially start it. Noticable lack of power when accelerating. It has a popping noise when being reved up. Occasionally backfires. I have changed 6 of the 8 plugs on the 4 cylinder engine (the other 2 look hard to get to I havnt tried em). Initially went to az and they got me my error code which said it was 2nd cylinder I replaced both plugs and wires on 1 and 2, only the exhaust plugs on 3 and 4. The symptoms have pretty much changed the same, but the car seems to be a little more driveable now ( it wont die on me as much since I have been messin with it).

Hi dan you need to do a compression test on all 4 cylinders. If compression is ok you need to check injector pulsewidth with a scanner. If you have no comp on a cylinder remove valve cover check and make sure the rockers are all in place and that the cam lobes are all good. Billymac
